The Silver Janus Ring features 2 types of plating, Rhodium Silver for a polished, high shine look, and 14KT Gold Plating on the face, depicting the Roman God, Janus. The ring is made from 925 Sterling Silver, and is hallmarked by the London Assay Office verifying its quality.
The feature of this ring is the Roman God, Janus, on the face of 14KT Gold Plating. Janus was the God of beginnings and transitions in Roman mythology, and presided in transitional periods such as from war to peace. He was usually depicted as having two faces looking in opposite directions, one towards the past and the other towards the future. Coming out of 2020 we wanted Janus to play a key part in this collection, representing the start of a new way of life for many of us and as a symbol of strength that we got through it.
